Product Updates

August '23 Release

Summer is in full swing, and our team has been busy shipping exciting new features to help Growers get more out of their existing teams and processes.

What's New?

Newly designed quick actions

Our redesigned Quick Actions Menu is here to help you identify and take the next action more quickly. With this new, optimized layout, it’s now even easier to quickly identify and take the desired action.

View labor metrics in the unit of your choice

Labor metrics have always been foundational to Growmentum - but the nomenclature for labor standards can differ for different growers. We've always based labor metrics off of "Minutes/Unit", but now we're supporting "Units/Hr" so that you can view data in terms that match your standard practices. Contact Us here if there's a new nomenclature or paradigm for labor standards that you'd like to see us support!

Identify wasted labor with "Abandoned" tasks

Inefficiencies are costly, and we're here to help you uncover them. With the addition of the new "Abandoned" status, you can track both Estimated and Actual Labor for tasks that no longer need to be performed, gain insights into process inefficiencies, and address the root causes of wasted labor.

Streamline your workflow with new bulk actions

Time is of the essence, and we're giving it back to you. We've added more bulk actions so that you can save time on data entry, assigning tasks, and managing workflows.

Easily manage users with the user management console

We've launched the User Management console to make managing users a breeze. Admins can quickly and easily view/update user permissions and profiles, reset passwords, and troubleshoot issues all within the Growmentum application.

Share helpful tips, communicate tooling requirements, and deliver timely safety reminders - at scale

A safe, efficient, and effective workforce is key to success in horticulture. That's why we're thrilled to introduce new features for Tips, Tools, and Safety Reminders.

Tips: These nuggets of wisdom can make all the difference when it comes to completing a task correctly, without the need for re-work. Tips might offer shortcuts, hints, or helpful suggestions that can make the job easier, safer, and more efficient.

Tools: A comprehensive list of all the tools needed for a task can save time and prevent accidents. Whether it's a specific type of pruning shears, a certain size of pot, or a particular brand of fertilizer, having the right tools at hand is crucial.

Safety Reminders: Safety is paramount, and in the fast-paced world of horticulture, it's important to keep it front and center. Safety topics are a way to ensure that every team member is aware of the hazards associated with their task, knows the precautions to take, and is updated on any recent safety incidents or changes to the protocol before starting a task.
